- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Generate content depicting child exploitation or abuse
- Use our services to create deepfakes intended to deceive or harm individuals
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy our AI models
- Use automated tools to access our services beyond normal API usage
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions
- Upload content that contains malware or malicious code
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Our services are provided "as is" and "as available".
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
